People often tell me I’m the most organised person they’ve ever met. I’m always a step ahead, anticipating needs and tackling challenges with a positive, proactive attitude. This passion for planning led me to start LW Assist, where I combine these skills with my love for travel to help others navigate their journeys effortlessly.
Originally from the Czech Republic, I’ve lived in Mexico, Canada, and now the United Kingdom. These diverse experiences have helped me connect with people from all walks of life and understand travel in a deeper way. For me, travel isn’t just about visiting new places—it’s about immersing in cultures and creating lasting memories. These insights shape the journeys I plan for myself, my family and my clients.
Fluent in English, Czech, and Spanish, I hold degrees in International Business and Management from the University of Bradford and European Politics and Policy from University College London (UCL). But my most rewarding learning has come from volunteering—teaching volleyball to people with disabilities, mentoring students and colleagues, and contributing to global initiatives.
I’ve also had the privilege of representing young people at international events, sharing ideas on global issues. I’ve spoken at the United Nations, the World Trade Organization in Geneva, participated in discussions at the European Commission in Brussels, and received a full scholarship to attend the European Forum Alpbach in Austria. These experiences have broadened my global mindset, which I bring into everything I do, both personally and professionally.
Now based in Harrogate with my husband, who inspires me to pursue my passions, I’m dedicated to making your travel experience more than just a destination. It’s about designing a journey that reflects your vision, creating lasting memories, and helping you make the most of every moment.

I have over 7 years of experience in communications and project management across both the private and public sectors. For the past four years, I have worked for various government departments, including the Cabinet Office, HM Revenue & Customs, and the Crown Prosecution Service. My focus has been on high-profile projects and programmes, primarily in digital transformation and organisational change. During this time, I have gained valuable mentorship and practical experience through my work with senior leaders.
